Services
Cleaning that fits how you actually live
Pick a one-off or set up a recurring visit — every job is scoped to your home before your cleaner arrives, so there's no guessing on the day.
Regular home cleaning
Weekly or fortnightly visits from the same cleaner where possible, so your home is looked after by someone who knows it.
One-off & deep cleans
A thorough top-to-bottom clean before guests arrive, after a big event, or just when things need a proper reset.
End of tenancy
Move-out cleaning aimed at getting your deposit back — kitchens, bathrooms and the details landlords check first.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a clean cost?+
Regular cleans start from £20/hour. The exact price depends on the size of your home and the type of clean — pick your service in the booking form and you'll see the full price upfront before you confirm.
Do I need to sign a contract?+
No. Book a one-off clean whenever you need one, or set up a regular slot and cancel or reschedule any time — there's no minimum term.
Who are the cleaners?+
All NeatNow cleaners are self-employed, ID-verified and reference-checked before we introduce them to a client. We aim to send the same cleaner to your home each visit wherever possible.
What areas do you cover?+
Right now: Leicester and the immediate surrounding areas, including Oadby and Wigston. Let us know your postcode and we'll confirm whether we're covering it yet.
What if I'm not happy with a clean?+
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll put it right. We'd rather hear about a problem than have you quietly not book again.
